Registered players and teams can be managed directly from the Players tab of the event profile. Providers can take actions such as withdrawing players, issuing refunds, moving players between divisions, or marking players as confirmed.
Note: This display is only available for events that do not use any “acceptance list” divisions.
All Divisions Tab
This provides a single view of all registered players across every division in an event and allows providers to search by player name to quickly check registration details.
Detailed Player Information
Each player’s entry includes:
- Age (visible to providers only)
- Registration status (e.g., Main, Waitlist, Need Partner)
- Division(s) they are registered in
- Payment status
- Universal Tennis Rating (UTR Rating) (if applicable)
New Filters
Filter players by:
- Division – View only players in a specific division.
- Registration Status – Identify players with pending registrations.
- Position – Quickly find players on waitlists or needing a partner.
Messaging & Contact Management
- Multi-select players to send messages directly within the system.
- View player contact information by selecting the message icon (phone/email details visible to providers only).
- Send messages via the app for quick and efficient communication.
Registration Management
Providers can withdraw players and process refunds directly from the All Divisions list.
Switch Divisions of Player Registration
Providers can now switch a player or team to another eligible division within the event page. To do this:
- From the Players tab, select one or more players or teams from a division.
- Click Switch Divisions in the bulk action toolbar.
- A panel will appear with a list of eligible divisions to move the player(s) or team(s) to. Eligible divisions will:
- Have the same game type (e.g., singles or doubles)
- Match the same gender
- Have the same cost
- Not conflict with current date restriction
A few things to note:
- The switch option is only available if the event has not ended, and the selected players or teams are not placed in a draw.
- If a draw exists for the division but the player/team is not placed in it, they can still be moved.
- If no eligible divisions are available, a message will be shown to indicate that no valid options exist.
