No worries! If you've found a duplicate player profile, there are two ways to report it, depending on whether it's your own profile (or your child's profile) or someone else's.
If you're reporting your own duplicate profile
- Go to your player profile.
- Click Request Profile Merge, or click here to submit a profile merge request.
- Follow the prompts to submit your request.
Note: To verify account ownership, we may request a government-issued photo ID or additional information before merging your profiles.

If you're reporting a duplicate profile for another player
If you've noticed that another player has duplicate profiles (for example, you're a coach, parent, tournament director, or another player), simply send us a request with links to both profiles and let us know they appear to be duplicates.
You do not need to provide a photo ID when reporting a duplicate profile for someone else. If identity verification is required, our team will contact the player or account owner directly.
